Most Important Daily Dose, Ever!Daily Dose America Be Thin


Good Afternoon! I want to ask you something! I want you to pay very close attention to this entire Daily Dose!  At the very end is an important gift that I am giving all of you! This could save your life or the life of someone you love!
 
I want to shake things up a little bit for today's daily dose. I have received so many emails of encouragement and support for our Daily Dose. Thank you to all of you that are reading the Daily Dose. I appreciate your interest.  It is truly a pleasure to be able to share this information with all of you!  I want to give you something special. But, I want you to finish reading today's topic. I am going to finish with the Top 10. 
 
We left off at Soda Pop! I have been Pop free for nearly 8 months and it was one of the best decisions that I ever made. It was not easy. I still drink unsweetened iced tea and coffee so I am still addicted to caffeine, I suppose.
 
The next in the line is Chicken Tenders. That is the 7th popular food in America. I sometimes think my kids might turn into chicken tenders. Most chicken tenders that are sold in the fancy little kid packs, are made from unusable chicken parts. Hmm?  I wonder what parts those might be? Maybe I should not even think about it. They are rarely made from the whole white meat. Over the past few years, I have seen more whole meat tenders served. However, they usually do cost a bit more. A typical 340 calorie meal is really about 50% fat. I am not talking about the good fat, either. I am talking about loaded with the saturated fats and the hydrogenated oils. That is what is killing us. The Powers that Be put Americans on a low fat diet. Since then the rates of obesity and diabetes has skyrocketed!  Many of these tenders will have the flavor enhancer MSG. I will spend an entire Daily Dose on this in the future!
 
Ice Cream--oh how I love my ice cream! I have spoke of my nightly ice cream fix at all of my seminars! I have really cut that back to Pineapple Sherbert. (It is going to go also).

Ice cream is high in fat. The typical ice cream serving, not portion, is about 4 ounces of fat. This will give you 50% or more of your daily fat content. It is also high in carbohydrates. This can be about 40% of your total carbohydrate intake. That is incredible. The more sugar we take in, the more we upregulate our addiction and the more we crave carbohydrates.  As an aside, I use something with my weight loss patients that is called 5-HTP. I have searched and searched for the best possible brand. We do have it here at our Natural Support Center. It is fantastic at helping people to stop their cravings. It will actually increase the amount of Serotonin that is in the mid-brain, thereby decreasing the need for so many carbohydrates. Carbohydrates consumption grows on itself in a vicious cycle. The more you eat them, the more you want them. They are our "feel good" foods. They will increase the desire to eat more and more carbohydrates! You can break that cycle by cutting it off at the past. Instead of getting your serotonin by increasing your "feel good" food consumption, you can take an all natural supplement to increase your serotonin. It works like a charm.
 
We also know that there are hormones, such as growth hormone and estrogens, that will help to increase milk production in cows. These are actually given to the cow and it is picked up in detectable levels in the milk of a cow. If you can, you are really better off getting an organic milk and ice cream brand. There has been some different research that shows a possible link between milk consumption and breast cancer. I would strongly suggest organic milk and ice cream for you and your family if possible.
 
The last two are . . drum roll please . . . Donuts and Potato Chips (The #1 Snack Food in America)
 
The average donut will have 300 plus calories per donut! This is over 50% of your daily recommended carbohydrate intake and well over a day's worth of fat! They are deep fried in oxidized and hydrogenated oils, thereby increasing your intake of free radicals. This will certainly slow your metabolism and increase your risk for cancer. I am not saying that a donut here and there will cause you cancer. What I am saying is that if you eat like I have described over the past few Daily Doses on a daily basis, you are certainly increasing your risk of fatigue, obesity, disease, diabetes, hypertension, elevated cholesterol and premature death. There is a huge epidemic out there called Diabesity. I will talk a lot about this in the upcoming Daily Dose readings.  This is a subject that I hold near and dear to my heart. I have made a commitment in my life and my practice to educate everyone that I can about this problem. This is really the number one health risk in America and I want it to stop!
